Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how (or if it's even possible) to make dog treats with the enzymes in them? I understand the process of feeding my dog Jack with enzymes with his food but can't find any information about enzymes and treats. Can I make a batch of pumpkin cookies with the enzymes in them? Is there a way to activate the enzymes within the cookies and then the cookie be good for a few days. Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks,
Mitch

Re: Treats with enzymes
Hi there Mitchell
Firstly we need to know when your dog was diagnosed and was it by blood test
The reason being, we dont recommend treats of any sort until you have several months of EPI stability
Tell us more about your EPI journey

Re: Treats with enzymes
Hi and welcome to our EPI family. As Jean said, we don't recommend giving your EPI dog treats until they have been stable (good poops and weight gain) for a few months. Then you can try making treats with enzymes but watch the poop. Here's the link to our treat page https://epi4dogs.com/treats/
Madelon, owned by DOC. DOC dx EPI 5/2015 = TLI < .4, B12 406; Folate >24. DOC taught me so much and together we battled and overcame EPI, food sensitivies, environmental allergies but we lost the cancer battle. DOC was dx with hemangiosarcoma 5/2022 and crossed the rainbow bridge July 24, 2022. He is and always will be the love of my life, my soulmate, my heart dog.
