Yes, if he doesn't eat then no need for enzymes.
On a side note; if he isn't eating, it is probably because of SIDs (Short Intestinal Dysbiosis)

Was the B12 level checked?
Low B12 can contribute to inappetance.
It would help us if you could introduce your dog and give us a run down of information:
What food you feed and amount at each meal
How you prepare and incubate enzymes on food
What you are using for B12 supplement
What Antibiotic, pro/prebiotic you are feeding for SIDS
How is the poop? Any vomiting?
All this information would be great for us to have so we can help look at the big picture.
