I really need help😔

Hi again friends
Unfortunetly i have a new problem
After that story i started ostrich for my dog and she response well at first but after 2 months another allergic reaction to ostrich that made me cut it
Again i start fish(trout) for her and again severe itching and ear infection happened
The problem is when i start new protein for her every thing is ok but after awhile she shows allergic reaction
As i saied in past posts I tried royal canin hypo allergenic for her and she shows allergic reaction because of chicken in royal canin hypoallergenic
And in iran we dont have any hypo allergenic food without chicken
Now what can i do?
Why she shows allergy to every protein source( i tried chicken,turkey,beef,ostrich,trout fish,royal canin hypo) and with all of these food allergic reaction happened

Does she show the same sensitivity to eggs and cottage cottage cheese?
So with the Royal Canin Ultamino that was all you are feeding all day every day, correct? Not adding in any treats or extra little thing?

I consider with all foods that feeding just one thing alone
About egg i didnt try it because of her severe allergy to chicken
