Hi Greyden.
Thanks for that .
He has had a few belches today- but poo this morning was a 2. I am going to see how I go for the next few days with what I am doing and if it goes worse again I think I might look into the Probiotic.
If we carry on the same I am going to introduce his fish back and see if that makes a difference .
I will keep you posted

Just out of interest do you know what the dose would be for a 35 - 37 kilo German shepherd ?
I take it you should start off small as with the slippery elm ?

Hi Cheryl,
the slippery elm dosing chart is on this page:
https://epi4dogs.com/slippery-elm/
goes by the weight of the dog

Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

Hi All .
Just to report we have made it through three days unchanged- Been on
1 1/2 capsules of Creon sprinkled on 1 cup of Roo and 1 Cup of TOW, ( I am just staring to reduce the amount of Roo he is having a little )
There had been some flatulence and a few belches though
I am going to leave it a few more days without changing it up too much, as I am hoping not but I think the SID/ SEBO ight be getting on top again so if I have to introduce Pro-biotics not Prebiotics as that didn't go to well, I want to see if its working again before switching the food

Hi CHeryl.... so if i understand your post correctly... it sounds like the SLippery Elm is NOT making any difference. correct?
I looked back at the poo pics..... and they are not that bad... so my thought is to try a different probiotics.... and/or a food change... my thought is to try all the less offensive things BEFORE resorting to antibiotics.
At 1+1/2 CREON you are giving more than enough enzymes.... and you have tried different techniques.... so it is something else that needs to be tweaked.
Can you post more recent poo pics?
