Not able to register

I have a lady on Facebook that is trying to register here but she says it's not recognizing her UK postcode. Is there a way to get around this?

I tried sending Jean a PM, but it seems stuck in the Outbox for some reason, I also tried emailing.

I sent a email but of course it is 8hrs later where she is. Hopefully she gets back to me!
