Do you intend to work this dog ?
we have had many service dogs over the years on the forum, and many working dogs too
I have had three GSD one with EPI
I can understand your concern, but noone can definitely answer to the dogs future health, except to say that these dogs generally live a decent life span once stable, mine did
the big issue now is to get the correct Enzymes , and b12 which you can get shipped from the UK.....
https://chemeyes.co.uk/product/vitamin-b12-capsules/
the b12 tablets or capsules MUST include the intrinsic factor so that the dog can digest food properly
https://epi4dogs.com/b12-in-brief-2/
this is an interesting web site
https://vetfocus.royalcanin.com/en/scientific/exocrine-pancreatic-insufficiency-in-dogs
as the dog is only young you may be able to turn unwanted behaviour round but she is literally starving and will do anything to get food
what are you going to do about enzymes which as I said is imperative, as is b12
are there any rumbling noises coming from her tummy
