STEP-BY-STEP: Forgotten password and/or can't log in

Members often return to the forum after a period of time away and some find they can no longer log in.

Please note: The main reason for this has been members trying to log into the new forum with their old forum credentials.

If you registered before July 2018 then your old details will not work. You must re-register to access the new forum.

However, if you've just forgotten your password please try the 'I forgot my password' link before emailing the forum administrators.



If you still can't log in then please do get in touch and we can reset it to a new password. Once logged in with your new password you can reset it too something memorable in your User Control Panel (UCP)
