Thank you all for your help.
Yes that is the correct food. I'll have a look to see what other options there are for him, it's difficult because he can't tolerate turkey, white fish, and salmon and I would prefer not to give him white potatoe. Any suggestions for uk grain free options would be helpful?
Yes those are the enzymes he's on. For the enzyme preperation: first, we weigh the amount of enzyme sprinkles from the capsule, currently 0.37g. Then, we sprinkle the enzymes on on top of his kibble and feed straight away. We do not incubate them or add water, or leave them to sit. He is on 140g of kibble per meal, this was upped from 130g and was working perfectly for weight gain until the recent relapse.
Information about the issues with the proenzorb and any alternative good uk options if needed would be great.
Thank you
Victoria

Olesia, was owned by Izzy, a 35lb Spanish Water Dog (SWD), Diagnosed at 1.5 years old - TLI results 1.. Izzy passed away on February 13, 2020 at 15 years old. She lived with EPI for 13+1/2 years. It was because of Izzy that Epi4Dogs was started... she was the inspiration. May her legacy of helping others with EPI continue for as long as needed.........

Thank you so much for your help today Jean.
Having done some research i think i have found an alternative dry food with lower fibre and no peas. I've attached photos below. Just to double check would this be suitable?

Lovely to talk with you
and thsi looks much better without peas
so as we said increase the enzyme amount , and see how that goes and then re add Tylan if necessary, the b12 needs to be given, maybe 2 per day at 500 ish its not too bad but needs keeping up there , as I said if there is SIBO going on, the bugs will destroy any b12 the dog has in reserve
you know where I am and I wil look up Panzym for you as it is a new ish provider
