I have had issues like this with my last dog, who had skin allergies, but mostly they were controlled with Piriton as to chlorhexadine, which is in Hibiscrub, you would need to check you are safe with it, I was asked specifically did I have epislepy when I had it for pre op treatment Kara ia intolle...
