A meal is 1 cup. The vet wanted to start the enzymes on the low end because he has 0 symptoms right now.

I think the vet prescribed 1200mg as the daily dose, so it should be 600mg twice a day. That being said, I would give 1/4th a teaspoon twice a day. Since it's the closest to what you need.

hmm... if the acid reflux is really bad.... typically we suggest Omeprazole.... but if you can get Gastro Elm or even just SLippery Elm to help onstead of resorting to Omeprazole, that would be even better. Hopefully this...

Hmmmm, yes, cutting back on the enzymes is a great idea, and I don't believe there is any reason to not just do it straight away. Maybe that will take care of the whole bag of chips.

wow Andrea.. you really got into it! Unfortunately it sounds like the lady did not have a clue about EPI and the specific enzymes requirement. Too bad though cause we certainly would benefit with more enzyme sources........
